On November 25, in Ho Chi Minh City, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the TECHFEST - WHISE 2023 Dau An program under the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Festival and Ho Chi Minh City Innovation Startup Week 2023 (TECHFEST - WHISE 2023).
Also attending the event were Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai; Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen; Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat; Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dzung; leaders of ministries, branches, and socio-political organizations at the Central level; leaders of provinces and Ho Chi Minh City.
🎯At the event, the Top 10 excellent teams at the National Innovative Technopreneur Contest TECHFEST Vietnam were honored and awarded medals under the witness of Party and State Leaders, Representatives of leaders of ministries, departments, branches at the Central and local levels, representatives of a number of embassies and international organizations in Vietnam. These are the faces who take on the responsibility of inspiring the role of innovation and the contribution of startups in the new era.

🔹Speaking at the program, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that startups and innovations will create value on the basis of exploiting intellectual property, technology, and new business models. This is the key that opens the door to breakthrough development for businesses and is an important driving force for rapid, sustainable development of countries, especially in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
